watching my skinnybitch of a friend eat beef...
and im sitting here chewing on my fingers.
feel so fucking guilty right now
just had a huge binge.now im thinking “oh wth, i’ve already went over limit,why eat moreive got a pop belly already… )”’:
so fucking angry at myself.but im gonna post this so next time i feel like binging i look back and remember how guilty and fat i felt.
i think for the next couple of days ill limit myself to 4 rice crackers.and only water.and too much exercise

i went over today,my max.calories was:650
i had around 1000 ):!!! cause my mom cooked a fatty dinner and was there to watch me eat.
so i’m gonna fast for the next two days and then carry on the S.G.D as normal.
